The certification does not mention the word micro and the program content is a symbolism of MBA programs taught in the United States. Besides this, students with Masters degree and experience of 5 years can get enrolled for the research program of DOCTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION which can be completed in two years. The majors include NGO Management, Social Communication, Corporate social responsibility, organizational behavior, organizational psychology and human resource management. Prospective students can get enrolled without paying any fees and send their synopsis to dba@indiaonlinecampus.com. The first installment of fees (Rs 3500) has to be paid after the synopsis is accepted and the second installment (Rs 5000) has to be paid after the thesis is submitted. Degree will be awarded by InterContinental Open University
